Definition

An aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma arising from B cells, representing the most common lymphoma subtype.

Frontline treatment is R-CHOP chemoimmunotherapy. Relapsed disease may receive CAR T-cell therapy, transplant, or clinical trials.
