Orders are typically prepared within 0-24h on business days and shipped with tracking. Packaging is plain and sturdy, with no product names on the outside.
Order Tracking Timeline:
- Processing: 0-24 hours after order confirmation
- Shipping: 1-7 days (varies by destination and service)
- Delivered: Typically within 7 days after dispatch
Stock Availability:
- In Stock: Items leave our facility within 3-7 business days after order confirmation
- Low Stock: May require additional sourcing time and can take up to 14 business days to ship
Delivery time to your location will vary based on carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided once the package is dispatched.
Return Policy for Medications
Due to safety and legal regulations, dispensed medications cannot be accepted for return. Once a medication has been dispensed, it cannot be resold or redistributed to other patients. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all pharmaceutical products we provide.
However, we understand that errors can occur. We will provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- The product was expired upon receipt
- The wrong medication or dosage was dispensed in error
