Detailed Explanation
DCR = CR + PR + SD. Captures benefit in patients whose tumors don't shrink but remain stable. More inclusive than ORR. Particularly relevant for cytostatic therapies (like some targeted agents) that stabilize disease without causing shrinkage. SD usually requires ≥6-8 weeks duration to count.
