ADCETRIS (brentuximab vedotin) 50 mg/vial - lyophilized powder for reconstitution and dilution, for IV use only. Single-use vial. Discard unused portion. Most Important Information (summary; ALWAYS consult the full Prescribing Information): • Serious and sometimes fatal adverse reactions have occurred, including Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML). Monitor for new or worsening neurologic, mood, cognitive, vision or motor changes. • Peripheral neuropathy (sensory and/or motor) may develop or worsen. Report numbness, tingling, or weakness. • Infusion-related and allergic reactions (fever, chills, rash, dyspnea) can occur during or up to 24h after infusion. • Serious infections, febrile neutropenia, tumor lysis syndrome, hepatic toxicity, pulmonary toxicity, and dermatologic reactions have been reported. • Hematologic effects: neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia - perform appropriate lab monitoring. Before Use (medical supervision required): Tell your healthcare provider if you have liver or kidney problems; are or may become pregnant (embryo-fetal toxicity risk); are breastfeeding; have diabetes or high blood sugar; or take other prescription / OTC / herbal products. Effective contraception recommended during treatment (women) and for 2 months after last dose; for men with partners who may become pregnant - use effective contraception during treatment and for 4 months after last dose.
